Bio
Born in London to Irish parents, by the time I was a year old the family had settled back in Ireland, firstly in County Monaghan, and later moving north of the border to County Armagh, Northern Ireland.
Skilled in Art and Maths, I initially followed my heart and completed a Foundation Course in Art & Design, followed by a BA Hons Degree in Fashion and Textile Design at Art College in Belfast (UUB). But an interest in Computer Aided Design, led to two Masters Degrees in Science and Engineering at QUB and UUJ respectively. For over 20 years I have worked in the Telecommunications sector, but throughout this time I continued to paint and develop my style and several years ago I relaunched my artistic career.
I feel like I’ve come full circle and there is an immense sense of achievement in being able to finally fulfil my childhood ambition.
